In the context of innovation potential, human capital is the greatest asset that the Polish economy can offer. This is largely the result of the success that has been achieved in educating young people. Inspiring students to be open to innovative approaches as they carry out their tasks plays a key role in preparing them for their independent professional careers. This goal can be met by means of adjusting teaching methods in a way that pays special attention to problem-centred methods, including independent research and results analysis supported by own creative contribution or analysis of the current knowledge, and the use of source materials, some of which can be found on an educational platform. Introducing aspects of application programming makes it possible to produce dedicated tools that significantly streamline the verification of the concepts and assumptions adopted. The evaluation of economic and technological feasibility is the key element in the overall project and is carried out through an anonymous vote by all the students in a given group. The results of student surveys show that the classes are attractive in terms of the amount of the knowledge imparted, creativity development, an open approach to problems and the variety of self-study methods suggested. |
