| At present ,the CAM systems are used for preparation of NC programs for manufscuring on CNC machine tools. Most of CAM system allows after preparation of NC programs verify their correctness in simulation. Simulation can detect potential errors, which must be corrected. Verified NC program can be then used for manufacturing on CNc machine tools without risk of adverse effects of failures and collisions. This article deals with application of Edgecam Strategy Manager for design of strategies which can be used for machining of milling components. The main advantage of use the strategies is amount of time necessary to create NCprogram and as well versatility of use. Such stratrgies can be applied for producing one or more type of components with similar features and technology of manufacturing |
