The article deals with the issue of Web Analytics. E-business has become an activity prone to all kinds of fluctuations and seemingly random factors prompted by individual and business users. For that reason, the establishment of new tools permitting one to study the phenomena resuhing from the use of portals, e-stores and other web-venture has become a crucial concem. The article presents a case study conducted on www.lovely-home.pl. e-store in the period from January until December 2010. In carrying out the analyses the authors used Google Analytics software. |
