In this paper author presented an idea of computer system supporting of making decisions in business. Author focused on ICT tools which transforms business to e-business. ICT tools can be used on many fields of organization activity. In this paper was shown how useful it can be on customer relationship management (CRM) field. Author stressed use of data mining in CRM software by using neural network, OLAP ot CHAID. It was shown were this tools can be usefiil in CRM system and how it can help managers to make good decisions. In ftirther part of this paper some examples of CRM software implementation and effects of it were shown. |
