| Hardfacing with OK 83.65 shielded electrode and by means of TIG method with Stellite Grade 6 has doubled the service life of granulator knives. Further profits can be derived form heat treatment of pad welded layer which would rise the hardness in the tempered zone. Although the proposed hardfacing technologies were found effective the effort is needed to explore wear mechanism of knives and to reduce labor costs of reclamation. The circle of receivers ofof reclamation products can be widen. |
