| The following work includes analysis of the essence and importance of enterprising management.The author has compared the condition and possibilities of development of small business in Poland and Belarus. The enterprising activities conductive to thedevelopment of small enterprises as well as strategies of internationalization which can be implemented by both countries regardless of the discussed development barriers have been presented. The author has shown e-business undertakings as a method for fast development of a small business. The following work also includes analysis concerning the impact of modern management methods on the functioning of small enterprises.The cooperation between small businesses of Poland and Belarus requires the implementation of enterprising management and considered as a opportunity to solve many problems of both countries. |
