This paper presents VestiCare, a comprehensive wearable framework for continuous, context-aware cardiopulmonary diagnostics. The system integrates a smart vest performing simultaneous Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) and Electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring with mobile devices tracking user activity. A key innovation of the proposed solution is the implementation of a data-driven generative diffusion method for EIT lung conductivity reconstruction. This approach replaces traditional deterministic solvers, offering superior resilience to non-linearities and motion artifacts typical in ambulatory settings. By synchronizing physiological signals (EIT-derived ventilation and ECG rhythm) with behavioral states (e.g., walking, resting) on a unified timeline, VestiCare effectively distinguishes between exercise-induced responses and pathological events. The data is processed via a cloud-based SaaS analyzer, enabling real-time detection of anomalies such as sleep apnea, pulmonary edema, and arrhythmias, significantly reducing false positives in remote health monitoring.
